thelastship.org accepts fanfiction from all fandoms and genres with the following exceptions:

• No Anne Rice.
• No Laurell K. Hamilton.
• No plagiarism.

Fics must be submitted with the correct information. We're all human so sometimes we forget, but the admins will contact authors to make corrections or additions when appropriate. We are especially concerned that authors select the appropriate:

• Ratings
  
• Warnings. This is especially important as it relates to depictions of underage sexuality. We have provided two warnings -- underage sexuality (child) and underage sexuality (teen) -- that must be used when appropriate.

This TOS will occasionally be revised. When it is, the site owner will notify the membership by:

• Adding a news item to the front page of the site.
• Emailing a copy of the new TOS to all members.

Failure to observe the TOS can result in:

• Deletion of content from the site. Content includes but is not limited to story text, summaries and author notes, and reviewer comments.
• Suspension or termination of membership

Behavior guidelines include:

• Trollish behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Trollish behavior is defined by the site owner and includes communications that are determined to be abusive, threatening, harassing, stalkerish or defamatory—trollish, in other words. If committed by a registered member, this behavior might result in the membership being suspended or revoked. If committed by an anonymous commenter, the trollish content will be deleted.
• Uploading of any material that might be construed as advertising or promotional in nature is prohibited and will be deleted.
• Commission of any action that interferes with or disrupts the site and is committed with that intention will result in termination of membership.
